At First Touch Memories, every product is carefully handcrafted and personalized specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once production has begun.
Orders may only be modified or cancelled before the design and production process starts. Once your artwork has been approved and production has commenced, changes cannot be guaranteed.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
⚠️ Important: Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details, photographs, handprints, footprints, paw prints, and shipping information. First Touch Memories cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
